Barb Wire Halo Ranch is a family-owned ranch operated by Cecil and Melissa located in Roff, Oklahoma. Built on a deep love for horses and family, the ranch reflects the values that matter most to them. What began as a simple hobby quickly grew into a true passion, leading Cecil and Melissa to horse sales near and far in search of quality horses they believe in. Melissa’s determination is well known—"forgetting" a trailer has never stopped her from bringing a horse home. Cecil was raised around horses and has spent a lifetime building his knowledge through hands-on experience, learning from respected horsemen, and countless hours of self-teaching. When they’re not working with horses, Cecil and Melissa cherish time spent with their family, especially chasing grandkids around.
